Stakeholder Gold: Drills Turning in White Gold Camp

• Stakeholder Gold operates a cash-flowing quartzite quarry business in Brazil that is expanding toward a target of approximately 10 quarries, each expected to generate around US$1 million in annual profit at full run rate, enabling the company to fund exploration with minimal share dilution.
• The company has 24 million shares outstanding and approximately $3 million in cash, with quarry profits primarily directed toward exploration at the Ballarat project to limit dilution while covering corporate costs.
• The Ballarat project is centrally located in the White Gold District, immediately adjacent to major gold and copper projects, and will benefit from a new ~20 km access road being constructed through the middle of the claims this year by Forte Metals.
• Stakeholder Gold is currently drilling a 2,000-metre program comprising seven holes targeting multiple gold zones that share geochemical signatures with nearby deposits such as Coffee and Golden Saddle, as well as a large copper target in the south that returned the highest copper values in the district.
• Assays from the current drilling program are expected in early July 2026, with the company well positioned to conduct additional drilling later in the year using existing cash and quarry cash flow if results are positive, while continuing to prioritize minimal dilution.
